Each piece is crafted with love and care. There is NO refund policy. Once the PINK COLLAR products are sold, if for some reason you are unsure its size or fitting, and you’d like to exchange them, you can email to us at care@thepinkcollar.in, & someone from our team will get back to you and will guide you to the process of exchange.

They may request you for further photographs/information to assess your requests. Please do assist them. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged second time.

Exchange requests must be placed within 2 days from the delivery date and must be sent to us on your account. Reverse pickup is not available.

Alterations are free of charge within 30 days from the date of delivery.
